HOW IT WORKS
Here’s how it works, in 5 easy steps
Step 01
Refer your mate
- Fill out the short referral form or share your unique referral link with a friend you’d like to recommend.
Step 02
We contact them
- Our team contacts your friend, provides a personalised quote, and guides them through the entire process, including rebates.
Step 03
They install
- Once your friend’s installation is successfully completed and payment is made, your referral is approved.
Step 04
You get paid
- We send you a $200 gift card directly to your email as a thank-you for your referral.

Important Stuff
To keep it fair and simple:
The $200 gift card is only issued once your mate’s installation is completed and paid in full.
Referrals must be new customers (not already in our system, or previously quoted by us).
One gift card per successful referral install.
If multiple people refer the same mate, the gift card goes to the first valid referral received.
Gift card is sent to the referrer’s email within 14 days after install completion (you can adjust this timeframe).
Victoria only, residential installs only (adjust if needed).

When do I get the gift card?
After your mate’s system is installed and paid, we email you the gift card.
What counts as a successful referral?
A successful referral means your mate becomes a customer and completes an eligible installation with Zero Energy.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, refer as many mates as you like. You’ll get $200 per successful install.
What if my mate is already speaking to Zero Energy?
If they’re already in our pipeline or have been quoted, it won’t be eligible, but we’ll still take great care of them.
What gift card do I get?
We’ll send a popular major retailer gift card (you can specify the exact brand if you want).
